Train with former NCAA and pro athletes in a high-level program built for football players ages 13–19. This summer, go beyond the basics with on-field skill work, gym-based strength training, and mental performance coaching—all focused on making you bigger, stronger, faster, and smarter on the field - all in a safe supervised environment!

Training Details:

  • Dates/Times: June, July August 2025

  • Location: Sonoma Park - 100 Sunset Ridge, Woodbridge, 
    ON

  • Ages: High School Athletes, Grades 9-12

    • $700 monthly (no contract)​
      • Unlimited access 5 days a week, you’ll train on your schedule, as often as you need. Safe, effective, and designed to get real results—this is full football development.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • uppers only: helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, base layer, cleats (artificial surface) and gloves (optional)

  • shorts, t-shirt, sneakers, water bottles, snack

Monday to Friday 9-10:30am strength training

Tuesday & Thursday 11 - 12:15 Speed Training

Monday & Wednesday 2:30 - 4 Strength Training

Monday & Wednesday 6-7:15 Speed Training
