MEET THE COACHES
CLINTON WAYNE - Coach, Mentor & Trainer
Clinton Wayne is a former The Ohio State Football standout and eight-year CFL veteran who brings elite-level experience to youth football. A Grey Cup, (Two-time) Big 10, Sugar Bowl and Rose Bowl champion, Clinton specializes in offensive and defensive line technique, strength training, and leadership development. His mission is to mentor the next generation with a focus on discipline, effort, and growth.

Clinton’s coaching style combines pro-level insight with a down-to-earth, approachable attitude that resonates with young athletes. He creates a high-energy environment where players are challenged to push past their limits while learning the importance of teamwork and resilience.
MIKE ROBERTS – Coach, Mentor & Trainer
Mike Roberts is a former The Ohio State Football defensive back and CFL player with a passion for developing young talent. Originally from Toronto, he played for the Buckeyes before being drafted by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Now a dedicated youth coach, Mike focuses on defensive skills, speed training, and game IQ, helping athletes build strong fundamentals on and off the field.
Mike believes in coaching the whole athlete—building character, discipline, and confidence alongside physical ability. His sessions emphasize footwork, reaction time, and smart decision-making to prepare young players for the next level of competition.
